• Orders ship from the closest warehouse to your location where stock is available.

• Local pickup is available (by notice) at Vancouver and Toronto warehouses if stock is available locally.

• Shipping for multiple items is calculated based on the final combined weight.

• You’ll see your shipping rate at checkout.

• We ship via FedEx, Purolator, Loomis, or UPS — no PO boxes, please.

Returns Policy

• If Christies Fabrics makes an error, goods may be returned at no charge with a return authorization number obtained from our Customer Service.

• Fabric cannot be returned once cut by the customer.

• Due to shipping costs, cuts under 5 yards cannot be returned unless due to our mistake.

• Restocking fees apply for returns not caused by our error.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

• No returns on clear-out or special fabrics. Please request a sample if you are unsure, as colors may vary by screen.

• Return shipping is paid by the purchaser unless the error was on our part.

• Canadian customers pay all applicable taxes.

If an item is out of stock, we will refund promptly or offer to hold your order until restocked.
