Firesist 3rd Ed. Awning Shade Fabric
Firesist is a specifically designed fabric to meet all the requirements for North America FR standards along with a high UV rating it is a great fabric for your awning and shade requirements.
The colors Cedar, Redwood, and Crimson Red are now on clear=out special pricing. No Returns on these colors.

Cautions - For stubborn stains add maximum half (1/2) cup bleach to one (1) gallon of water. Spray on lightly to the fabric. Do not Soak fabric. Prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals can damage the coating (coated side) of the fabric. Rinse immediately. Do not leave on for more than two (2) minutes., Cleaning with harsh cleaners (such as bleach) will require a retreatment( Like 303 High Tech Fabric Guard) for restoring water repellency.
Solution dyed to yield a product that tis extremely resistant to color loss resulting from UV exposure and weathering. Fade resistant to most chemicals, including bleach., Fire Resistant: Passes California State Fire Marshal Title 19., Transparency: Lighter shades are translucent for back-lighting applications., Flexibility: Excellent in hot and very cold conditions., Cleaning: For Normal care and cleaning add two (2) ounces of mild soap (Woolite, Dreft, Ivory) to one (1) gallon of water which is less than 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Clean fabric with "soft bristle brush". Rinse thoroughly with cold water and air dry., Chemical Resistant., Heat Sealing: Can be heat sealed using sealing Tape and heat source (wedge, hot air, radio frequency welding, etc.), Spray (Large) AATCC 22-2001: 100 on Face, Firesist is designed to be easy to maintain. It can be washed, or brushed off and rinsed. Proper care & cleaning is important to the life of all fabrics., Ease of Fabrication: Ultra low shrink.

Shipping is based on weight, you will see rate when you check out.
Estimated shipping up to 5 lbs will be $20, up to 10 lbs $25, up to 15lbs $30, up to 20lbs $35 and so on.

We ship using couriers, Fed-ex, Purolator, Loomis, UPS, so no PO boxes please.
Shipping of multiple items will be charged on final weight of all products combined.
Samples of fabrics are available at $6.00 per sample. In our store, search samples and when you order, let us now the pattern name.
Local pick up is available with notice at warehouses in Vancouver, Toronto, and Indianapolis, if stock is available at that warehouse.
Returns - When a mistake has been made by Christies Fabrics the goods may be returned at no charge. In this case, a return authorization number is required and may be obtained through our Customer Service Center. Fabric may not be returned once it has been cut by the customer. Due to freight costs, we cannot accept returns on cuts of fabrics less than 5 yards, unless the problem was caused by Christies Fabrics, such as shipment of incorrect goods. There is a restocking fee for any goods returned for reasons other than an error on our part. Returns will not be accepted on goods older than 90 days from the date of purchase. Christies Fabrics is a customer service-oriented company. We will make every effort to correct any mistake we have made. Wherever possible, we will work with our customers to minimize the negative effects of a mistake.
There are no returns on our clear out fabric specials, please request a sample if not sure, colors make look different on Screen than in real life.
If you want to return an item, let us know and we will give you a return authorization number, and an address to ship to.
Return shipping would be paid by the purchaser unless there was a problem from our end.
Canadian customers pay all applicable taxes.
Please Note - Stock is normally good, but at times we will have back-orders. If you purchase something and stock is out, we will refund your payment as soon as possible, or see if you want to wait until stock arrives.
