Supplier warranty for MVSS302 is 2 years. Anti-Bacterial: AATCC-Test 147 passes. This special cured-in-place finish uses state of the art chemistry to form a barrier of Fluorine atoms around each fiber. This barrier resists wetting by liquid spills and even reduces the attractive forces of dust and dry soil, making dirt easier to remove with a vacuum. The comfort and value of our luxurious, breathable fabrics are attractive to consumers versus solid surface coverings. With our protective finish and simple cleaning steps, the upholstery is kept looking new longer. When spills do happen, cleanup is made easy, restoring that like new look. The protective finish does resist most stains from setting into the fiber and makes it easier to clean, but moisture/liquids will not necessarily bead up. Produced with a factory applied protective finish. This finish repels the soils and stains common to the real world environment. This protective finish is fluorocarbon based, giving optimum protection.

Samples of fabrics are available at $6.00 per sample. In our store, search samples, and when you order, let us now the pattern name.
We ship using couriers, Fedex, Purolator, Loomis, UPS, so no PO boxes please.
We will combine shipping.
Local pick up is available with notice, at warehouses in Vancouver, Toronto, and Indianapolis, if stock is available at that warehouse.
Returns - When a mistake has been made by Christies Fabrics the goods may be returned at no charge. In this case, a return authorization number is required and may be obtained through our Customer Service Center. Fabric may not be returned once it has been cut by the customer. Due to freight costs, we cannot accept returns on cuts of fabrics les than 5 yards, unless the problem was caused by Christies Fabrics, such as shipment of incorrect goods. There is a restocking fee for any goods returned for reasons other than an error on our part. Returns will not be accepted on goods older than 90 days from the date of purchase. Christies Fabrics is a customer service-oriented company. We will make every effort to correct any mistake we have made. Wherever possible, we will work with our customers to minimize the negative effects of a mistake.
There are no returns on our clear out fabric specials, please request a sample if not sure, colors make look different on Screen than in real life.
If you want to return an item, let us know and we will give you a return authorization number, and an address to ship to.
Return shipping would be paid by the purchaser unless there was a problem from our end.
Canadian customers pay all applicable taxes.
